ValorFlex Packaging of Kentucky, Inc., a veteran-owned converter of flexible packaging, will invest $23.4 million to establish an advanced manufacturing facility in Bowling Green, KY. The project will create 82 high-quality jobs and marks a major growth milestone—and a personal homecoming—for ValorFlex Packaging of Kentucky President & CEO Thomas Hazlette.
“This is more than an expansion—it’s a homecoming,” says Hazlette. “We chose Bowling Green because it embodies the values we believe in—a dedication to people, a focus on workforce, and a strong community. It’s the perfect place for our team to grow, and we’re proud to call it our New Kentucky Home.”
Founded and led by US Marine Corps veteran Hazlette, ValorFlex Packaging of Kentucky has quickly become a trusted supplier to the food, pet-food, tobacco, and HBA markets. Following its acquisition, ValorFlex expanded its capabilities in lamination, flexographic printing, and pouching. The new Bowling Green facility will anchor the company’s operational growth and serve as a hub for packaging innovation.
The centrally located facility will enhance ValorFlex’s ability to serve national clients while tapping into South Central Kentucky’s skilled workforce, key logistical location, and supportive business climate.
