ProAmpac wins 2025 RadTech Sustainability Award

May 5, 2025

Energy-curing trade association RadTech has announced the four winners of its 2025 Sustainability Awards, recognizing outstanding achievements in sustainable innovation among technology suppliers and end-users of ultraviolet / electron-beam technology. RadTech has long championed UV/EB technology as a sustainable choice for technical development. With these awards, RadTech highlights the industry’s ongoing commitment to promoting and advancing environmentally responsible innovation.

Cincinnati-based packaging-converting giant ProAmpac is among the winners. It is advancing flexible packaging with its PRO-EVO® Recyclable SOS Bags, which use UV-curable inks and HD flexographic printing. These bags reduce VOC emissions, enhance air quality, and are designed for curbside recyclability, delivering a sustainable alternative for pet-food and other consumer-goods packaging.

The winners will be recognized at RadTech 2025, May 18-21 in Detroit, MI.
