Poland-based Prime Label Group has acquired Arti-Bau, a digital label-printing company located in Lower Silesia, Poland. It manufactures p-s labels using inkjet technology. It reportedly launched Europe’s first hybrid label-printing machine, which enables efficient production of low-volume print runs.
The acquisition of Arti-Bau is expected to bolster Prime Label’s capabilities in digital-label production.
Prime Label Group CEO Arkadiusz Sapiecha says, “Since 2019, we have been consistently building our position as the leading manufacturer of a wide range of labels in Central and Eastern Europe, using various printing technologies, including digital, offset, and flexo. 2024 was a breakthrough year for us – our sales exceeded US$110 million, placing us among the largest label manufacturers in Europe.”
Prime Label Group, which operates under the Innova/6 SCA SICAV private-equity fund, has made its eighth acquisition facilitated by Innova Capital. In recent years, Prime Label has pursued growth through mergers and acquisitions, expanding its service offerings and geographic presence.
