Oben Group wraps acquisition of Terphane

Lima, Peru-based Oben Group has completed its announced acquisition of Terphane, a leading producer of high-performance polyester films with operations in Brazil and the United States. This acquisition marks a strategic milestone in Oben Group’s mission to enhance manufacturing capabilities and expand its presence in relevant global markets.

With over four decades of experience, Terphane has built a strong reputation for innovation and quality, exporting to more than 30 countries. Its advanced production facilities and specialized focus on high-performance films will complement Oben Group’s product portfolio, strengthening its ability to deliver cutting-edge solutions to customers worldwide, Oben says in a press release.
