Vienna, Austria-based packaging-manufacturing giant Constantia Flexibles has successfully completed its acquisition of a majority of shares of Aluflexpack AG, a leading European producer of custom flexible packaging, serving food and pharmaceutical sectors. Headquartered in Reinach (Aargau), Switzerland, Aluflexpack employs 1,700 workers in nine countries.
