Silea, Italy-based COMAS, a global leader in primary machinery and processing equipment and a Coesia Group company, has acquired SAM EUROPE, a prominent player in the design and manufacturing of machinery for the converting and printing industry (above), including innovative solutions for energy-storage systems.

This acquisition strengthens COMAS’s position as a market leader in industrial plants and enhances its ability to deliver advanced solutions to a global customer base, capitalizing on SAM EUROPE’s established market presence in Europe and the United States.
