Finzer Roller makes two acquisitions
Finzer Roller, Inc., has made two recent acquisitions. toward the end of 2022.
On September 30,
2022, Finzer Roller acquired certain assets of Republic Roller in Three Rivers, MI. Finzer acquired rubber formulas, manufacturing specifications, and unique
manufacturing equipment to ensure customers could secure like-kind roll coverings. The
Republic Roller facility was closed and sold following the sale. Republic customers will
have future orders processed by Finzer Roller’s Itasca, IL, facility.
On December 14, 2022, Finzer Roller acquired certain assets of Roll Solutions of
Carrollton, GA. The purchase included the plant, equipment, inventory, work in
process, and other assets. The entire Roll Solutions’ staff, including the owner Brad
Vansaghi, have been offered employment by Finzer Roller.
“Roll Solutions has been a capable competitor of Finzer Roller for more than 20 years.
Their strengths included film, flexible packaging, textile, and general industrial rollers.

Roll Solutions’ staff will boost our manufacturing capacity and help us to better serve
