A Simply Reliable Sheeter

AZCO’s FGW-1000 sheeter is ideal for cutting films, foils, nonwovens, paper, laminates, and other flexible materials up to 38” wide. The unit is reliable, easy to use, and durable. A roll of material is placed onto an air shaft which is supported by safety chucks for quick roll changes. Constant web tension is provided with a motorized unwind and a dancer assembly. The cut-to-length assembly indexes and cuts the material to a predetermined length. The unit is PLC controlled with a color touch screen control panel for easy setup and operation.
