
The Sigma Plastics Group and its affiliate Mercury Plastics have acquired the assets of California-based blown-film extruder Sun Plastics, Inc. (above). This transaction marks Sigma’s 43rd acquisition and expands its global operations to 49 locations. Blaige & Co. represented Sun Plastics in the transaction. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
